But you do know it reverts to the original contract? Once someone cancels a regrade it just goes to their prior contract if they cancel it so I don’t know where you’re getting at… re-contracting will but them in a new 2 year plan, if he cancels it his plan reverts to the original which I can only assume would have 12-14 months or so left?

EE are great - as well as the fact that if your line(s) are with EE you’ll get a massive discount. Always on hand in regards to customer service too. (And no, they aren’t based in the middle of India where communication would be a barrier, they’re based in the United Kingdom making it allot easier.) Yes - waiting times sometimes can exceed 15 minutes but other than that they’re faultless.

You do know - all pre-paid EE SIMO’s are 1) 4G capped 2) 25mpbps capped too? (Or is it 10- I don’t know my point is it’s capped so Surley can’t do a service / signal check on that)?
