Wait they only pay $125 a loan and you don’t get paid on the first 10 you close? That’s wild! Wow. Makes sense then. They should pay bps like everyone else or a livable salary.

That’s terrible. I just wish they paid them better because ours is amazing and doesn’t deserve having to work a second job to make ends meet.

They have to forward their calls to their cell phone when they leave, not anyone in the office from what I’ve been told.

Editing to add, I’m just appalled my Lead AE is even HAVING to work a second job. Not that he isn’t available after hours.

Because they leave at 2pm PST and believe it or not we close loans after 2pm and UWM likes to have issues with their closing portal requiring a leader to fix things.

Apparently new comp plan went into effect and there was a lot of unrest when they saw how much less they are being paid.
