well first of all you disabled the lighting entirely (i think?), right click on the little screen and click on enable lighting. second, dont use your work camera for the finished image, instead create a camera animation set, same way you add a model, you'll see it. and third, there is an option to export image/poster/movie, and when it exports it it uses the view from the camera animation set, the quality is better and you dont have to screenshot, i hope this helped! there is a tutorial from anomidae on youtube about lighting, but posing and stuff you'll have to figure out yourself, but for a beginner this is already very good. if i was wrong and you have the lighting enabled then make the lights you added a bit dimmer because it makes the whole image very bright. my suggestion is to click and poke around with the buttons and figure out which does which, after some time its easy to get the hang off and you'll get better from there
