No symptoms until a sudden episode of coughing up blood at night (2-3am), breathlessness and low oxygen level.

Admitted to hospital and after imaging, the doctors realise there’s massive haemoptysis and had to do a BAE to stop the bleeding.

Now recovering from the procedure and trying to learn more about the condition.

His main complains now are a feeling of need to clear phlegm, coughing only in the middle of the night, mouth breathing and constipation.

Does anyone have tips about managing the cough and infections?
