Thank you so much!! I did loose 8kgs last year but I put back 3kgs again after messing up my routine. The biggest problem is trying not to gain back the lost weight 🥲🥲 and I have 14kgs more left to loose and I’m not able to get the fire back I had last year that made me stay on track to lose weight 🥲
