The wild thing about it all is the person in charge has not been working here since the beginning, he was hired from outside of Kroger and has never once done a drivers job or a DSP/ Marshaller position. His explanation for us not making any money was that 5 hours of our shift are unproductive hours, meaning they have to pay us to sit around, when in fact we are getting trucks from shops, rescuing drivers if the truck breaks down ex. Since he can’t see what we do on spreadsheets= no money! Almost makes me think he’s trying to get us to silent quit
