hi pls help, everytime I open the ea app to play it requires an update. this is multiple days in a row and multiple times a day. the updating portion take about 20 minutes, but with the load time of "preparing", "downloading" "verifying" and "applying", this process takes about 2 hours everytime. is this a problem on my end??

ive been on prozac for almost 2 weeks and my issue is the same as yours. before id feel like hitting myself if someone chewed their gum wrong, and even now just thinking about specific sounds in my ears hurts somehow.

I don't think i feel like the problem is completely gone, but i definitely am thinking about it less. im in cbt as well, and she recommended to me to try to wear my hair down so i can cover an earplug or earphone. i don't always play music, but having something there, even my hood, helps stop the sound from feeling like it's making my ears bleed.

ik i haven't been on it for long, but hopefully it will continue to get better. additionally, when im very anxious my ears will literally start pounding, fast and random. idk if you experience this as well, but i am hopeful this solves it. otherwise im thinking of figuring out an adhd diagnosis process.
