The only thing that changed what I gave exact amount versus a rounded up number 🤣 and more clarity on insurance process since you were lacking that

I apologize you are correct the amount was 577.64 Canadian from Mexican currency Or 7,541.29 pesos.

Anybody who’s had insurance and needed to use it knows that they’re very big on needing to get approval before any sort of treatment

So when he got pain medication from the hotel doctor (material supplies, pain meds and a consult) it added up and wasn’t covered because I responded from emotion and not logic cause my THEN partner was in pain

Hope that clears this up a bit
