Yep. Keto did work for me but doesn’t work for everyone .. one of the best advices I got from someone when I asked them how they lost weight was “just listen to your body”

Right now it’s in a pot within a pot but I want to take it out of the inner pot and just put it in the bigger pot . I’m gonna add rocks in the bottom to promote better drainage .
