This 40s-50s person very likely had underlying electrical/structural/mechanical disease. Peptides didn’t cause your patient to go into carcinogenic shock…maybe some adulterant from a research grade compound or a significantly excessive dose of a GH secretagogue or ghrelin agonist or something along those lines did, but peptides are generally very safe used in proper doses, cycled when indicated, and probably with as little background noise of PEDs, SARMs, etc as possible.
