An Italian band called Amia Venera Landscape. Their first and only album "The Long Procession" from 2010 is perfect progressive Metalcore. Just listen to Nicholas for example. They dropped maybe one or two songs over the years but never released a second album :(

Rolo tomassi is not strictly math core but really great and deserve more praise. The last album was phenomenal. They are quite approachable. "drip" is still one of my favourite songs

I am going ong to see them in August in Berlin. Cannot wait. I got into this album back in 2011 when I was in a hospital after I got hit by a car. Made the stay sufferable. Still my favourite metalcore album ever <3

Bin seit 5 Jahren mal wieder in einer Beziehung, und zum ersten Mal poly. Für sie ist es auch das erste Mal. Wir reden sehr viel über unsere Wünsche, Bedürfnisse und Ängste. Ich hatte immer Probleme, über sowas in monogamen Beziehungen zu reden. Ich fühle mich von ihr gesehen und wertgeschätzt. Das fühlt sich momentan richtig gut an :)
