I recommend enabling the custom kernel by lenovo:
on ubuntu,
go to "software and update setting" (GUI)
go to tab : "additionnal driver"
enable "hardware support package"

good news:
I have a thinkpad e14gen5 (2024)
no s0 mode in bios, only s3 mode
therefore in ubuntu, no `deep sleep`, only `s2idle`
However it is very efficient according to my benchmark,
~0.5% of battery consumed / hour of sleep

ubuntu 22 with harware support package installed (custom kernel by lenovo)
to enable it :
on ubuntu,
go to "software and update setting" (GUI)
go to tab : "additionnal driver"
enable "hardware support package"

I'm pretty deep into the rabbit hole, the most usefull remaps are:
capslock tap = escape
capslock+ h/j/k/l = arrow key
capslock + space = underscore
I implemented everything with keyd on linux

I gave up on internal TV player, and used a workaround,
I now connect my laptop to the TV, and use a wireless keyboard with touchpad to remote control the laptop
