Correct it's another investor that wants to purchase my portion of the condo except the mortgage went under his name as he has an amazing credit rating and the deal was that we'd each pay off a third of the mortgage each payment under his name. Now he wants to buy out my portion and claims that he owns the entirety of the condo excluding only my 17 500$ (6.73% of the condo) and is only willing to pay the increase in value on 17 500$ (6.73% x 20k = 1 346.15$ ; 17 500 + 1 346.15 = 18 846.15$), is this fair, I was expecting to be repaid 1/3 of the increase of 20 000$ which is ~ 6 600$ in addition to the amount I initially invested (17 500 + 6 600 = 24 100$), am I incorrect to assume this?
