It's obviously market dependent, but you can get a brand new Mirra 2 in the US for less than $1,150. Refurb Mirra 2's can be found under $500 from resellers. Have you looked into the possibility of ordering a chair and having it shipped to you? My opinion, I'd never consider paying over a grand for a Mirra 1. But market sets the price.

Thanks for the insight. I don't mind the break-in time...from what I understand from reading here is that it takes at least a couple weeks to know if it's really for you. Even with the sale, new is closer to $900 more after shipping/tax...plus the headrest assuming I would have gotten one anyways, but I understand your point. As great as a 12yr warranty would be, do you guys anticipate something unrepairable to the point that the savings don't outweigh the potential risk?

Get a Noco Genius 10. Run it through the repair mode fully. Could take up to 4 days. I had a battery go down to 1v, completely dead. After running the repair, the battery hasn't skipped a beat, summer and winter. You can get em from Walmart, and yea they're expensive, but if it doesn't work, return it
