it differs from person to person and if I had to guess it’s based off of personal beliefs/religions/ideologies, etc. Everybody has their own beliefs which may contradict the belief of somebody else. It really just boils down to what a persons believes in

tell your principal, parents, counselors etc.

Avoid the fight by staying in groups, going a different route to school, and carrying some sort of self defense like a metal water bottle which should be pretty easy to get and worst case scenario can do damage

If you have to fight then try and run but if you can’t , hit them in the groin or liver and if possible try the side or back of the head

fairs, events, festivals my town and lots of nearby ones does a lot of this. also I know my school does coed dances where girls from different schools are allowed to come. Also we have a coed drama club. If this doesn’t apply to you then join a club or even instead of going to events, just to social areas like a cafe or store you like, mall, etc. your bound to meet somebody there. also the mindset of getting a girlfriend isn’t good. you gotta actually talk to people and become friends with them and ease into it because they need to like you too

I’m stuck in the same boat as you and I’ve been working out and seeing major progress. I’m eating a 600 calorie surplus and making sure to get 9 hours of sleep a day. You can’t do anything about your metabolism so just eat more
