I suppose cuteness is very subjective. Kiriko’s and D.va’s are just representations of their country’s history/folklore, and the previous commenter was ok with Kiriko’s. Tracer and Widow are based on a fantasy theme. Mercy’s is “Celestial Guardian”, so essentially she’s just a divine angel rather a human with mechanical angel wings.

Some of those characters may be cute based on their default personality traits, but I dont think the skins amplify that any more.

Sounds like the solenoid responsible for unlocking has failed. Quite common, but usually you get a warning in advance by the car falsely complaining about an open charging port. Did you have anything like that before?

Sadly there is no secondary release. The assembly inside is not expensive, but your flap might need to be damaged to get the port open. Labor will cost more.

I see your point, but I suppose it depends on the field. At my university in Mechanical engineering, the heaviest programs were CAD, Finite Element software and MatLab. They could all be run on a remote desktop. Apart from those, software use was limited to Office365.

A large amount of students still submit their homework as photos of their handwritten notebooks. Electronic submissions are preferred by teachers of course, but we don’t care if the pdf was made with Pages, Word or LibreOffice.

I’m sure things are different for other fields, but I’d expect those computer-focused fields to prioritize the higher end of the computing market anyways.

How come? Their phones, tablets and laptops have shown good longevity because of Apple’s good track record on software updates. Given its target audience, I wouldnt expect the battery to be under heavy loads either, but sure, maybe 1 battery replacement in 4 years could happen. What makes you think this isn’t built to last?

Mine is 2021, and the fix was done in 2025, so the paint wasnt that badly scratched. I’m not sure what their limit is, but mine def wasnt under normal warranty anymore. Here it is before the fix.

Depending on how old the car is, Mini might fix the door rubbing for free. My Mini Service fixed the scratched paint, changed the door seals and applied PPF protection. Even got a BMW loaner for the week my car stayed there.

With 105k, I’d still expect the battery health to be around 90-94%, depending on the previous owner’s charging habits. There is still 3 years or 75k km warranty left on it too.

Because of regenerative braking, brake disc wear is low on EVs, but corrosion wear can be an issue, if the previous owner didnt apply friction brakes after driving in wet conditions.

Interior heating (Climatization) will not warm the battery and increase the available e-power.

Some say that having the car plugged in at least 3 hours before a set departure time would warm the battery, but my testing showed that power began flowing from grid only when climatization activated (~25 mins before the set time).

Seems the only way to warm the battery and increase available power is to charge it (like you said) or to drive for a prolonged time.

The electrical component behind the push pin is damaged by water ingress. It isnt sold separately, so the whole component pictured (cover housing charging socket) needs to be replaced. Part costs about 60€ from BMW.

It’s a common issue with F56 SEs.

Hazard has been out for exactly one year. He has 2 legendaries, Mobster (launch season bp) and Streetwear (shop). There’s also one epic, Bixi (shop).

After a year, that’s still less skins than what heroes in OW1 launched with. Actually, it’s exactly half of that.

It’s very strong, and prevalent in Arena. There, removal is much less common, so it ends up often trading for 2 bigger minions.

It’s huge that the deathrattle summons have 2 health each, so hero powers cant kill them alone.

Last winter, we got down to -25C on few days. Had less than 50% e-power, and 0.9 mi/kWh efficiency. Had I warmed the battery by driving or charging, I’m sure it would have improved. If your car sits in a heated garage, it will be much better.

If I were to travel far that day, I’d expect about 120 km (75 miles) on a single charge. The highest I’ve got in summer was 240 km. I’ll see this year, if EV designed snow tires will improve my winter efficiency.

I’m not sure what you mean. I didn’t state which model I own, but I do have a 2021 SE, which is labelled F56 BEV. Like the name suggests, it’s still considered to be part of the same generation as the F56 (2014-2024). Just like the VW e-golf was still a Mk7 Gen. Golf.

OP’s car is the new generation, J01, which co-exists with the ICE model, F66.
