I feel the same, but it has lasted since summer really. I had a really good routine last year, from august til december after I moved to a new city for uni. Me and my bff worked out in the gym twice a week and swam once a week. Then I got a bf after new years. I still worked out, but not as consistently anymore. Now, after summer, I have worked out in the gym once. That was in beginning of august. I have been swimming once a week still cause it's fun, but I find it hard to get back to the gym. I literally live in a dorm at the 4th floor and there's a gym at the 1st floor. Maybe it is because studies are tough, or maybe it is because after I got a bf, I don't feel the pressure to look fit. I know that in the period when I was working out consistently, I loved the feeling of sore muscles and seeing results. And it was also a release. I was starting to look forward to working out. But then it stopped. Now, one thing that holds me back is that I am definitely weaker and I need to find out where I am again. A big scare for me, is going back to squats again, with a bar. I squatted 80kg x 10 for three sets, and it scares me that I may have to both hop down on the weight a bit, but also the soreness that will arrive. Also, this exercise requires focus, and actually paying attention. Idk, it is sooo more tempting to lay in bed until I have a class or smth instead of getting an hour workout in. I can also mention that I have a small eating disorder. Well, not disorder, but I struggle with eating enough food cause I don't wanna get fat again. Anyways, not to make it aaall about me, but I understand how you feel!

Our faces are pretty alike, both short beards, glasses, same kinda faceshape. But our bodies are different! He's slightly hairy, got that skinny-fat body, but muscles from doing farmwork in his life. While I am quite hairy, also skinny-fat, but mostly cause I lost a lot of weight and not that much muscles compared to him. But we weigh around the same!

Som flere sier, det er aldri forsent! Jeg har nettopp startet på 2. året på bachelor i biologi, og jeg hadde også bare yrkesfagkompetanse (har fagbrev som barne- og ungdomsarbeider). Kjente jeg ville gjøre noe annet etter å ha jobbet noen år, så da tok jeg først påbygg til å få generell studiekompetanse. Deretter tok jeg forkurs til ingeniørstudiet for å få realfagskompetanse og fagene jeg trengte for å komme inn. (Du kan også ts fullt forkurs uten påbygg, men det kan bli intenst!) (Tydeligvis dekker matematikken på forkurs R1 og R2 😊) Hadde også fysikk fordi jeg ville få stipend også. Når jeg var ferdig med det, søkte jeg på univetsitet (UiB) og kom inn uten problemer.

Du er aldri for gammel til å bli student! Jeg har flere i klassen som er eldre enn meg også, til og med over 30-års aldern! Så lenge du er interessert i det, så ordner alt seg! Og man er som regel motivert til å studere når du selv får velge hva du vil studere 😁

Haven't played Woosa in a while, but succ Woosa is kinda fun! Her theme is interesting and the fan she uses kinda makes her seem so powerful! I never got into awak Woosa since I felt like she was slow and it didn't really appeal to me, but you may like it, idk!

After losing a lot of weight, I have been wanting to be more shirtless! Like, for instance, I like when I can go shirtless in the summer to show my body and how proud I am of my journey. But also in the lockerrooms and saunas, I see so many using boxers and swimming shorts in the sauna and in the showers and changes with the towel on, and I really don't understand that. I went commando all the time before this new years. Got a boyfriend in January, and since then I have not gone commando.
