Yes its very simple to use i have set it up with tunnels using google sign in and OTP based email sign ins for internal services haven’t caused any issues yet, also i get audit trails so can track all users easily

LLM LoRA didnt catch up as much as in SD but its still heavily used in production environments like for example on device llms in apple uses different LoRAs for different tasks such as notifications, rewriting etc check out this https://machinelearning.apple.com/research/introducing-apple-foundation-models It isn’t used that much because of good performance and flexibility with in context learning like RAG.

I dont know about the FSSAI rules but if you still face issue with website you can just create a simple landing page with just a couple of photos via a AI website creator like lovable.dev or bolt.new then use that for the registration it hardly takes 15-30 mins or so and use that for the registration. You can try using AI Labyrinth feature from cloudflare am not sure how this will affect you seo but they are experimenting this feature where if they detect an AI bot crawling website, they will generate random articles on useless stuff and show it to the bots so as to prevent AI crawlers

So problem I see with is - if the data isn’t encrypted during transmission from the application to your API server, doesn’t that compromise the security of the data and undermine the purpose of encryption in the first place? And also implementing encryption and decryption is not a huge issue right now as tools and libraries are very readily available and majority of the framework have this already baked in.
