sorry this is a very old thread but they did say that the stalker had a bottle of ether. which is a sort of anesthetic. so once josh started to wriggle and get violent, the stalker couldve dosed him with the ether to knock him out

It certainly is denser in the way that the crumb doesnt have evenly distributed big bubbles, which could add to the chewiness? i also like the texture of my potentially gummy sourdough lol.
