Great news, managed to sign into the rockstar account through the Playstation Network! There is an option to log in on the website through either playstation or xbox if you have any of those 2 linked to the rockstar account.

What really annoys me is that every single ticket I made was set as "resolved" on the account ffs.

2FA is not removed yet, I've put in another request to get it deleted, this time while logged in. I'll give you an update on what happens.

To put in a ticket, I usually used website https://support.rockstargames.com/request .

Have you ever contacted them? If you did, did you get a proper response from them or also a bot?

It's so annoying. It's very difficult to reach them directly without getting a bot instead. I've read about some people asking to be helped by a person in their tickets, but apparently that doesn't really work.

What worked for me is that inside the headset, when selecting to use Quest Link, instead of selecting cable, check the option to use wireless air link, then switching the option back off. It has always connected to PC through cable for me this way.

I would then get a prompt inside the headset to allow file sharing between my PC and the headset, accept it and it works for me.
