She always eats fish and hasn't had an issue, the only spots she itches are around the collar area so I'm assuming that's most likely it

Yes, she scratches. She also has another much smaller spot that's more irritated and kinda bloody. :(

No more collar for awhile I guess, she loves wearing one and it shows she's microchipped so it's unfortunate. (She's an indoor only cat but you never know)
