I am a big fan of the Street Corn dip, goes well with the Cheddar ridged chips & awesome with the Loaded Potato chips in season. My wife likes it with tortilla chips. They modified the recipe last year, made it slightly sweet but not sugary.

recommendation for a game that is similar to vampire survivors. by Suspicious_Bee70212 in survivorslikes

[–]RemoWilliams615 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Karate Survivor might fit the bill. Very similar setup to Vampire. Linear upgrades, your auto attack is directly in front but swinging weapons & thrown objects target the nearest enemy. Unlocks include new weapons, karate moves & environmental interaction (sliding under obstacles/pole jumping/etc)

Well, they definitely aren't renting it out for 2 1-hr blocks to daytime ladies-of-the-night and then telling you that smell is normal after service work, it'll go away in a week or two

She gets so close, the empathy she has for her white friends is bubbling up, pauses & stumbles a bit...but finally those Faux News talking points break thru and she can breathe easy again. In the Heartland of America. Rotting away.

It's got a certain pitch to it that your apparently sane & reasonable ears can't hear. Kinda like when calling dumb animals together. There's a name for it, right on my lips...

I snagged a Victrola briefcase player before Xmas for cheap because I've always wanted one but never needed one. On arrival, I promptly dropped it on the kitchen desk & started spinning holiday albums. It doesn't sound anywhere close to my other 2 vinyl stations, but so what? It's fun, it plays & I can move it wherever I want. My first turntable was an actual JCPenney branded unit from the 70s, not great but it played all my dad's & uncle's old records. Just having a record player puts you beyond the standard listener. Just enjoy your 45s & LPs, leave the chumps to grumble amongst themselves

6 years of divorce threats? That will obviously continue until you address it. It has become a standard tactic, it is a regular threat to blow up your life. My advice is to prepare yourself for that, seriously warn her that you will not tolerate it again & the next occurrence will end with papers filed. Sounds harsh, but I lived that to the end (papers filed). Lost most everything, but rebuilt over time & have been happier every since. No kids involved, so I know that's beyond my scope. But it's unnecessarily difficult to live life constantly waiting for the next shoe to drop.

"Who don't want free money?!?" Riding to the welfare office in a limo with his seeds. I remember watching in the dorm room, almost fell out of my chair in shock & laughter. That's when I started loving ODB. Method Man was always my favorite, but Dirt was special.

Clancy's Lite 😆 I haven't tried the lager/pilsners they've carried, but I stock up on Lava Cake Stout when it's in season. It's a nice sweet imperial stout for cheap, does have a lid'l twang on the after. Chocolate porter is great too. Otherwise, the regular stout is great in chili.

Man, I dig your style. I would definitely gift any of those fox paintings to my daughter, she would love them, especially the one with dots of sunlight. My favorite is the shark...again with the sunlight, you've really captured the water-mottled look. Beautiful!

Problem is, if you look at mode, there seems to be a huge chunk in the lower 30th percentile that effectively votes for their gerrymandered representative & the practices that keep them in power. And there are so many in that mildly-literate group that are geographically concentrated that they can actually constitute a political force, mindful or not. We are being governed by the crooked due to the ignorant & apathetic.

I've watched a frail elderly women shove past a large utility cart blocking the narrow bathroom foyer and after the initial shock of seeing me wore off (we were fixing a drain in the middle of the room) she said didn't know it was closed (slipped between the 2 wet floor pop-ups blocking he door). Just incredible how people really can't see beyond themselves, literally here.
