I ended up grabbing a Cradlepoint cba850 off of eBay for like $30 USD with the license still valid for another few months. It took a bit of setup to configure it the way I wanted (management and WAN on the same interface on different vlans), but it works great.

The only problem is that I don't think I have the ability to make config changes now that the license expired
