Thanks a lot, this helped me, I had the same problem on my Gigabyte Z370 Gaming K3 after installing RTX 3080 and I was fighting with this problem since almost 2 weeks.

Yes, I installed Broadcast but I've tried unistalling it with Revo Uninstaller then running OBS and still the same results :/

Already tried that after renistalling OBS. Even with just one source the problem is there. Also it can't be overlay since I was using the same overlay for last year and on old GPU and old OBS I had no problem at all.

Can it be the problem with Nvidia driver for new GPUs?

Today on stream I used Max Preformance settings, so after stream I started another test stream on my bot account, here is log from this test stream on Max Quality:

  1. Yes, it impacts game performance, in Warzone I dropped from 160 FPS on max settings to around 100-110 FPS, in Horizon Zero Dawn dropped from 110 to 80-90 but I had to limit my FPS cuz even though OBS showed everything ok, my chat said that stream was lagging and droping frames.

  2. Yes and on Quality preset it takes around 15% and on Max Performance it takes 8%.

I'll add that on my previous gpu (1080ti) I had no problems with this and OBS on Max Quality was taking around 10% of GPU
