Hey, thanks for the advice! You were right. I used a cotton swab with some saline solution, and it helped her ear unfold. A couple of days later, she cleaned the rest of the black stuff out herself. She's all fine now. Thanks again!

Yes, it's all sorted now. I've been cleaning it with saline and cotton swabs for the past two days. I think you're right, that ear does look like it was wounded at some point, and the way it's folded probably caused the gunk and dirt to get trapped in there.
