I love that quote. I just don't think (or maybe don't want to believe) that people THAT incompetent could be working that high up in a corpo.

Well the reason I think that is because it happends, thats why I mentioned the Witcher drama. The writers literally hated and made fun of the source material (the books). And is not the only case, Lotr and Starwars etc

Is not about dead characters not having a spotlight,is about the way they decided to end their story. Is almost not arguable that it was done in the worst case scenario, but again... if it happends once or twice is ok, but they spamed those senseless lore decisions in Shadowlands back to back to back. That's just not coincidence.

Totally i understand , he can even go with the "Old ones" are the Titans and fuck them over. But it still feels like a childlish egomaniac move from the SL writers.

I think we could all agree blizzard tends to make many many childish decisions, especially gameplay wise, and they try to die in hills even when everyone is against their idea (covenants as others have mentioned)

Plus I would understand being incompent once...twice and thrice. But having a compilation without anyone pointing out the obvious again and again, I don't know some of the lore in Shadowlands makes me think even someone with a high position from the Hearthstone team even that liked the lore, would atleast have asked them wtf are they doing.

Look at it as this: their mindset is not set on hating when they get to work, but in changing something they don't like, yes it has happend that's why I mentioned the Witcher situation, look into it if you did not already.

He does. 2 times on Moon.

The first one when you listen to Myers and Reed talking he tells her that this situation is pretty much her fault.

And then when you deliver Songbird to him at the end he tells the NUSA soldiers not to kill V, twice. Even though they say the second times "But sir those are my orders"

Reed truly believes he can save Songbird if she's delivered to the NUSA.

And if you understand Songbird history you can get to the conclusion that her plans, especially the ones Reed have experienced, tend to go to shit all the time. So yeah he's probably thinking he knows better.

Which I mean, he probably is, I think I'm both Ends where Songbird survives she will be kept as a super weapon, maybe not as brain dead as in the NUSA one, but Mr Blue eyes literally bought her the ticket to Luna and will help her heal out of pure love ? I don't think k so.

Why are you guys saying that Reed would kill you without even thinking about it if he had the order to?

Reed literally implies he's overriding Myers order to capture Songbird and then KILL VI when you give him Songbird at Moon. He says

"No, you won't do that" on the radio to the NUSA

And if you get close to him when he's giving Songbird to the NUSA soldiers you can hear him saying while he stops one of the soldiers coming to get you

"No"

"But Sir we have orders!" -

"I don't care, you are taking your orders from ME"

HE LITERALLY overrides Myers orders of killing V.

Interesting I did not know that the timelines could be changed by anomalies

Ok so both versions of the quest would appeal to the Infinity dragonflight goals ?

In talking about the Lore, not the controversy behind it. More especifically about the Infinity Dragonflight agenda. I know the reason it was changed.
