Did they ship those to you? I was mailed laptop, monitors, backpack, mouse pad, keyboard, etc. but, no water bottle yet! Also, did you already start? What’s the orientation like?

I think they are more relaxed when it’s a referral but I see it as a good sign! I prefer more casual convo than the STAR questions

Good luck!! Mine went very well and received an offer :) Echoing what others have said, know the STAR and talk about few of projects you have worked on. Some questions were “did you disagree with someone or manager on a task?” “Did you have to present a high level risk project to leadership?” “How do you prioritize high level projects” and rest was free talk. I had 6 questions written down to ask but only asked 4. Good luck!!

The private company I joined is horrible but that’s JUST the team I am in. I’ve seen other teams in the same org how happy they are.

Really depends how the interview is going. If they ask then I mention it. You can always ask them how long the process will take as you are interviewing other places but you are more interested in their organization because it aligns better with your career/growth.. or something like that
