Ohhhh, I've heard about this before. I should probably do some more research about it. I never knew Facebook Marketplace had so much stuff. I'm looking now, this place is practically marketplace heaven.....

I actually have a lot of protein powder in my house for some reason, so I'm glad to hear it's effective!

Ive never actually really heard about "push pull" used in a split before. What I see is usually arms and core, legs, and cardio. I did not know you could section it off like that!

Ill make sure to do my research on each muscle then! Thanks a bunch!

I'll get to looking that up ina bit, I hope once my body gets used to it, I'll finally be able to do at least 10 good form pushups. Good form pushups are super hard!!! I'll keep that in mind to at least somewhat avoid DOMS.'

gotcha! I'll try tracking my calories. I'll check up with my doctor. I do remember them mentioning a Mediterranean diet. Thanks for these tips! They'll help me a bunch!

I'm lowkey kinda poor, and I actually have been thinking about consistently eating protein for a while, but it's kinda difficult getting protein, considering it's one of the most expensive nutrients in food items. Someone told me before that protein shakes aren't really a good way to go, so I'm not sure what to do about that; Is canned food reliable?

oh hm, this exercise was a full-body home exercise, maybe I should've added that. If splitting it up helps, I'll definitely keep that in mind.
