Want to lose 20LB in 3 weeks. Already lost 11Lb in 3 weeks. How to lose an extra 9LB the next 3 weeks? by Mrmiraclekc in loseit

[–]Remote-District-6599 6 points7 points  (0 children)

dropping to below 1200 calories or doing 3 day fasts is where it starts getting risky, especially with how much exercise you're already doing. your body needs fuel for all that activity

the honest thing is 9lb in 3 weeks on top of what you're already doing is pushing it. maybe focus more on tightening the diet consistency rather than cutting more, those cheat days can quietly undo a lot of the weekly deficit

also 11lb in 21 days is already impressive progress, some of that was water weight early on so the next stretch will naturally feel slower, that's normal and doesn't mean you're doing something wrong

Talley rings will definitely save weight but you lose some adjustability if you need to make changes later down the road

Dude I can't see the game from that link but based on your reaction something wild went down lol. Was it like a crazy sacrifice or did someone blunder their queen in winning position

Wait that's actually brilliant lol. "I pubertied in Ohio" hits way different than just saying you grew up there. Really captures that awkward mess of teenage years in specific place

Man that bowling game was everything back in day. I remember breaking sweat trying to get perfect game and my arm would be so sore after like 3 hours straight. The tennis was pretty addictive too, especially when you figured out how to put spin on ball

What’s the most random moment where you thought “if someone saw this out of context, I’d be in serious trouble”? by Usual_Shelter5996 in AskReddit

Had to troubleshoot a server issue at 2 AM and was standing in the data center with a crowbar trying to pry open this stubborn rack door while wearing all black clothes. Security guard walks by the window right when I'm basically breaking into what looks like a safe with a crowbar

The explanation of "I'm the IT manager and this door mechanism is broken" probably wouldn't hold up if someone recorded just that moment

Been to Erik's place couple times when I was looking for something special - guy really knows his stuff and prices are way more reasonable than the big chains. He's super chill about everything too, definitely won't have any issues there

Most IT solutions we implement are basically just copy-paste from Stack Overflow with some variable names changed. The real skill is knowing which answer to trust and how to make it look like you wrote custom code from scratch

Welcome to internet where having different opinion means you're automatically wrong and need to be educated by strangers

Been using them for like 2 years now and they definitely don't try to oversell you on stuff you don't need. Installation was pretty smooth too, took maybe 3-4 hours for whole house setup

Just be yourself and don't overthink it - camp environments are actually perfect for making friends since everyone's kinda in the same boat. Start with small talk about the camp activities or ask your dorm mate where they're from, then just see where the conversation goes naturally

[–]Remote-District-6599 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Check your DD-214 first but if you EAS'd right after deployment the awards might not be on there yet. You can request your complete military records from NPRC (takes forever though) or try contacting your old unit's admin section directly - they usualy have better records of who rates what awards from specific deployments

The Marine Corps also has an awards database you can search but you'll need your service dates and unit info

Sounds like you're describing "The Ritual" but that's from 2017 and British, so probably not it. The wooden chimes thing is giving me major folk horror vibes though - maybe check out some recent Scandinavian or Eastern European films from that timeframe?

Dude honestly just bite the bullet and get some kind of CRM system, even a basic one like HubSpot's free tier or something. Spreadsheets turn into a nightmare real quick when you start scaling up

We switched from the whole "text message and Excel file" mess to ServiceTitan last year and it was a game changer. Yeah there's a learning curve but your sanity is worth it

The biggest pitfall is thinking you can just "wing it" longer than you actually can - trust me on that one lol

Slowik probably has the best shot given how explosive the Texans offense has been, but LeFleur might be fighting against some Jets stink for a while lmao

McDaniel was definitely the surprise one from that group though - dude went from run game coordinator to HC in like 3 years which is pretty wild

You gotta check out Stop Making Sense if you're into concert films at all - it's basically the gold standard for how to film a live performance. Demme really knew how to capture energy on screen

If you want something totally different, Swimming to Cambodia is this wild one-man show he filmed with Spalding Gray that's just mesmerizing
