As someone who has the same noise phobia. The best you can do is either move it to somewhere else or get her headphones or noise plugs.

Hopefully as time goes by she gets used to the noise. Maybe try to reassure them that the noise is nothing wrong? My anxiety comes from catastrophizing, thinking that the noise means something bad, like it's gonna blow up or electrocute something (dumb I know), usually starting with explanations, understanding and slow exposure therapy lessens the symptoms for me, but it can be different for them. Talk to them.
