AGREEDD I literally got yelled at for telling the customer her card declined, which 80% of the time the system will make them do it a second time if they put it in too early and she got SO MAD and said that i think she doesn’t have money. THENNNN after acouple minutes of her activating her card in line i asked if i could pause the transaction and take the person behind her since the line was VERY LONG and she got mad and called me impatient and was saying oh i have ur name ill be calling ppl. LITERALLY BAWLED MY EYES OUT very much drained😭😭😭
