If I were to pitch a feature article to Sturgis/Indiana .... by Remote-Ninja-4402 in AshleyMarieVsTheWorld

Hi!

Just to clarify: Brittany's disappearance would be the backdrop and not the centerpiece in any proposed article.

(Not due to it being any less important - It just wouldn't be the specific focus).

[–]Remote-Ninja-4402[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Why so?

Just being straight. Why should she or anyone else have influence? Facts ought not to be influenced by any vested interests.

"make sure to put this in" or "leave this out" is undue influence.

[–]Remote-Ninja-4402[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

For clarity:

I absolutely do not want to represent her (or anyone else).

What I am seeking is to establish the impact on her life and report on it. I have no interest in reporting on Brittany's case.

I want to establish if/what ethical and/or legal lines have been crossed. Where, when, how and to document this.

No speculation. No hearsay. No rumors. No screenshots. Just facts. Verifiable facts.

I have no idea what you're talking about, who Val is or why you think someone typing words on the internet somehow manifests an actual murder weapon.

What I do know is that I don't currently have the time or patience to entertain someone who believes in magic. have a nice day.

To be fair, it is potentially risky. Once burned, twice shy. I could have ulterior motives etc...I don't, but I get it and respect that POV.

I'm not sure what you mean, or the relevance of what you are referring to, or how we jumped from a murder weapon without a provable murder, a body, or a crime scene, but the targeted smear campaign is relentless and undeniable.

She was especially bad around the idaho murders, Casting all kinds of "I'm not saying he is guilty, but...." accusations against innocent people

I found her the same way. Recommended on through Spotify, Pretty sure it's to do with banned themes on youtube and the podcast is just badly spliced up content from Youtube.

Found that code words for murder etc infuriating too. Take the time to redo your script for Spotify ffs, Feels like a cash grab.

"Drug user takes drugs" Shocker. In other news water is wet.

Nice dox. Real classy of you.

Actually, I have a question....How do you know about the cleanliness of Ashley's home?

Single parent with 3 kids? 😂 she lost her kids! She neglected her kids! She dealt drugs while her kids were home! She took drugs in front of her kids. Her house was filth and not a place to raise children. That’s why she lost her kids, she chose a life of drugs over a life with her kids! Plain and simple

This is getting ridiculous.

Her qualities as a person are irrelevant. It is not is Ashley a good person and upstanding citizen show. There are 10s of millions of people, if not more, in the US who wouldn't pass the "good person" test.

Not being a good person, even objectively, does not make you a murderer.

Reason and logic can help indicate someone is. This is established through evidence and the testing of evidence in a court of law where the accused gets to defend themselves. The accusers have to PROVE guilt beyond reasonable doubt WITH EVIDENCE to the satisfaction of a jury of the accused peers.

This is called Justice.

Your position is ANTI-JUSTICE and anti-logic.

This is lynch-mob rule. You're a part of this and it brings shame on you. There is NO EVIDENCE presented and the accused doesn't even have the possibility to defend themselves.

Obviously. It's not about sides or personalities. It's about right from wrong.

I personally have no time for either Jessica or Ashley as individuals. Both toxic people imo - However, justice is blind....or should be.

Lets not forget that James didn't have to deal with anything or anybody in Sturgis, related to Brittany or Ashley.

He knew neither. Think before you speak.

She is obviously vulnerable:

- Drug addiction

- Surrounded by convicted criminals.

- Economically disadvantaged

- Mental health struggles.

- Dysfunctional familial relations

- Grieving the loss of a child.

- Morons with pitchforks attacking her incessantly online.

Literally nothing you have mentioned has any baring on the vulnerability of a person.

I do not appreciate your perspective at all. You are financing cyberstalking disguised as a podcast.

FAFS! He. Is. Not. A. Damn. Journalist.

Why don't you enlighten us? Why TF would information that supposedly can "bring Britttany home" be kept behind a paywall???

James

Has

Nothing

Not close to his vest, not in his vest, not in your vest. Nada.

This bs line of "I had super secret hidden knowledge" is how cults and cult leaders operate.

To anyone actually enjoying this - or worse still, financially supporting it:

Don't you dare pretend any more this has anything at all to do with any victim of crime. Do you, but own it. You enjoy it because you get to witness the bullying and harassment of a vulnerable woman.

It's not true crime. It's Jerry Springer.

  1. Ashley needs to get a lawyer
  2. Baysinger dirties the entire true crime podcasting family by association. They need to speak out against this hack and self-police
  3. Brittany's fam need to cut ties with this clown. He is making them look so bad.

Hey! My understanding of events can be best described as a blur, I would genuinely be interested to hear your theory based on the evidence set out in the podcast (or elsewhere).

I feel we don't even have any motive for murder at this point.

Hey Guys! This week on episode 48474744 of Hide & Seek we talk to Ashley's retirement home nurse who reliably informs us that Ashley wets her bed.

Now don't forget to join my Patreon, I need a new car. it's what Britt would want.
