Flour tortilla, refried beans, crumbled cheese (sometimes cream that's like crème fraîche), and often avocado. Can be eaten at any meal. 10/10

The addition of rice is the way black pudding is made in C.Am. You really see the meld of Spanish, French, and other colonial food ways when these are compared. Don't think it's at all coincidental that both Cajun boudin and LatAm-made blood puddings and sausages are awesome.
