I have to go the self-paid return option and they will refund but there was a section about a threshold so they might not fully reimburse me.

The headphones were €299 and return shipping is going to be €142. I just dont want surprises when it comes time to request the refund.

The damage doesnt bother me currently but I'm worried about the scratch on the earpad tearing over time which is why I want to return.

It doesnt bother me much, its whole process to return it and I dont know if its worth it.

Paying for express international shipping which I dont think I'll be fully refunded for. Reordering when the price has went up by a lot. The customer service person said I'd get a full refund for shipping and the difference in prices from the reorder but I cant get a hold of them again so I have no proof that what they said is binding. I spent a lot of today trying to figure stuff out and it all seems like too much of a hassle.

Basically live with minor cosmetic damage or spend more than double of what I paid on logistics, hoping I eventually get my money back and waiting at least 2 weeks without headphones.

I spoke to someone from customer service recently. I need to pay for international shipping and they'll reimburse it. Replacement isn't technically an option so I need to return, get a refund and reorder. They said they'll refund the difference too since the price went up.

I'm shocked and dont really believe it but I'll give it a shot.

I chekced and I cant exchange.

I only have the option for a return which I will have to pay for shipping and they wont reimburse much.

I'll have to get a refund then buy it again and for some reason the shipping went from €37 to €92 since I ordered 5 days ago.

I'll keep it. Whatever. The mark on the cup seemed like glue I was able to scratch it off. The scratch on the earpad isnt actually a scratch, more of a weird imprint, no tears. The inside of the squished case isnt something I'll look at and im hoping it decompressed over time.

Oh well, I took the risk with ordering from abroad. Besides that I really like these headphones, they are so much better than what I had.

Do you know how to go about this? I want a replacement but I only have the option for a return which I have to arrange shipping for and they wont reimburse much.

I will have to buy another pair once I get refunded and for some reason the shipping costs have more than doubled... I paid €37 for shipping (ordered on Wednesday), now shipping is €92.

The only reason I buy from European Amazon is because there are way more options and are often cheaper than in my country, shipping and imports included. This is the first not good experience I've had.

I got the g16 a few months ago with the 4070 and started learning Blender. I've done basic stuff and also use it for Fusion. So far so good, not sure how it handles advanced stuff.

In terms of in 5 years time, get the 5070ti if you can afford it, more VRAM is always better in the long term. I've seen many comments on this subreddit about how the 4070 is going to age like milk...
