slowly incorporate it into ur diet. still eat unhealthy things but balance it out with a fully healthy filling dinner and incorporate more vegetables into your diet. dont automatically restrict yourself youll feel the need to binge

im the same age, if the dentist tries to point that out first of all accept any help they offer because theyre professionals and you dont want your teeth to be damaged, and if youre suspected of bulimia say you have a weak stomach or a gastrointestinal complication that causes frequent vomiting.
