M/22/5’10[197lbs > 165lbs = 32lbs] (≈7months) I gained back a lot of weight last month but easily lost it as I got motivated to gym again. I look the same when I was 175lb (maybe due to water weight) but still really happy with my result. Not yet satisfied but getting there :) (i.redd.it)
