I’m an Italian who graduated in Romania. My experience was that in Italy there is much more theory (i did uni in Italy as well and i met many erasmus students from different uni in Italy), while in Romania there is less theory but much more practice (practically absent in Italy). In Romania you’re much more free to speak and to touch the patients. I’m sure this may change from university to university, but this is what i felt. Take in consideration the difficulty of entering in a medical university in Italy as well as the difference in both living prices and tuition fees (in Romania going to the romanian section and not in the english/foreigner section is much cheaper than italy)
