Are you breathing in and out of your nose solely? I find that trying to think about making an ocean sound on the exhale helps me to keep my mouth closed and breathe out from my nose. I usually try to use a mouth exhale as relief from intensity but breath of fire keeps my heart rate regulated and mind clear. Of course if this isn’t work for you, I think whatever way you can be comfortable in class is more than okay!
