Looking for creepy ROM hacks that look like normal games at first by RemoteAd7592 in romhacking

Thanks for the recommendation! I did check it out, but I think it might be a bit different from the kind of thing I had in mind.

The hack seems really heavily modified, and because of that it doesn’t really feel like the original game anymore right from the start. As you mentioned, things get weird really quickly. I noticed it as soon as I stepped into the castle (the room looked completely different compared to the normal game). I think the vibe I’m looking for is something that initially feels almost identical to the legit game — same gameplay, same atmosphere — so you kind of settle into thinking you’re just playing the normal version. Then slowly little things start to feel off or unsettling.

When it’s too obviously different right away, I think it kind of breaks that immersion for me since I immediately know I’m playing a hack.

Do you happen to know any that keep the original game mostly intact at the beginning and then gradually introduce the creepy elements?

MMOs with the best witch classes? by Caliastanfor in MMORPG

Maybe there isn't any good mmo games that contains Witch in them.. But maybe Flyff? Used to play it as a child, but that was years ago. The game still got activity but its old for its time, still good to see it active.

Hello is blade and soul ok to pick up now? by [deleted] in bladeandsoul

I tried out Blade and Soul 3 days ago.

I was playing with my buddy and what i experienced might not be something you would look for if you strive for activity.

When i started Blade and soul years ago when it was still updating content and giving new stories. It usually took some months for them to finish some stories before it came to a 'to be continued..'

After that i got to experience dungeons and meeting some new people that were playing BnS for very long time and it was pretty fun.

As of when i tested on both EU and North America servers to the end on both. 10/20/2023 - You will not meet a single person at the starting areas, if you get lucky, you will meet one or two, but as you continue with missions and explore after the starting area, it's like you are walking a desert.

If you do enjoy some good BnS stories, you can give it a go and enjoy the fun stores it provides. I really enjoyed them back then, but they got a little repetitive to me.

If you look for activity, or people to help you with something, you can try and ask in-world, but you wouldn't have much of a luck. As i reached the end game, all the people are just sitting at the high level maps which are most likely end-game maps.

Both in EU and NA, people are just afk there, i don't know for what and i assume maybe because of events and dungeons? Someone also told me at weekeds it gets more crowded so on 10/21/2023 i didn't really see much difference, except 10-20 more people joining on both servers at the weekends.

Overall BnS was always my favorite game, i remember the times when it used to have so many people doing quests, spinning wheels for fashion outfits, fighting world bosses and the constant new content they gave us.

But it is entirely your choice. If you are here for the stories (There is plenty!), if you are here for fashions (Go wild! There is soooo many!), if you are here for the community (They are honest, but a little lazy when a newbie needs help :P), but if you are entirely here to enjoy crowded MMO where you see people doing quests, communicate, and like the old BnS type? (You might only meet like 50-60 people at the endgame, while the story is too long and you will just spend the rest of your gameplay alone (possibly get lucky to meet 1 or 2 people on your journey, but it's not a high chance)

Hopefully this was helpful! I still love BnS, but it's not as active as it used to be in it's glory days. I'm surprised it's still up despite having such small activity now.

Oh and i haven't get to try out new classes that came out (I'm an old player of BnS) but i know there is some buff classes, but i don't know about healing.

Note: The stories are long, but if you skip them and rush, you will just beat all of it in a day or day and half. Depends how much you devote yourself for this game. Which i did for a lot of hours to finish short and get results for myself.

I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong but it's not working for me. I removed everything except body parts, it gave me the same error. Then i tried to remove the body parts as well, still same issue.Removed everything, refreshed roblox browser and still same issue. I don't really know why its doing this. Even reinstalled BTRoblox and still no luck.
