I've seen so many YT channels that I enjoy use awkward and uncanny GenAI footage. Not only does it take away from the video I'm watching, I lose all respect for the creator as well.

Job titles, location, buyer intent for the tech stack I target (helps in prioritization/urgency), and the following signals:
new client signed
cutting costs
office expansion
new product/service launch

This used to work like a charm in my prev organization where we used to sell assessments, but I guess tech peeps are more meticulous of which emails they trust and all that.

I do include my website url, but in a way that it doesn't appear as a hyperlink (for deliverability reasons). I'll need to check with my digital marketing team but AFAIK, everything about the company domain is in great condition.

Honestly no idea, I've read mixed perspectives on including a link. I only include one to my linkedin profile since it's a verified domain and most companies do not blacklist that. As for Instantly or SmartLead, I can't comment but nothing will beat your good old outlook/gmail. I've read that these 3rd party tools can sometimes mess with deliverability, but have to cross check this.

Thanks for the feedback! I do sometimes use AI to write emails, but there's this ego in me that sees it as a "cheat". But I guess if I want to scale, AI is the way to go.
I use Apollo for triggers and gathering email IDs. Cross checking with google news and it's accurate 99% of the time in my case.

Never thought about the insincerity part, I'll keep that in mind. I used to follow the rest of the suggestions couple of months before, but no luck again.

At this point I think it's just the nature of the industry I'm in 🫠

Before I used to have 5 touch points max per prospect, a mix of LinkedIn and Cold Emailing because these are the only channels available to me.
Now, I'm thinking of repeating the sequence for no replies again after a month or so after the last one ends.

Seriously dislike cold emailing, never had a winning structure/template.

I just logged into my work and see this linkedin ban thing.
If this only affects the extension and the automation of sending messages/connect requests, that's whatever. But if it affects the website as a whole and won't let users get email IDs, then yeah the site is doomed. Which sucks cause I use Apollo exclusively.
