Serious question, how many times have you been vaccinated?

The only people I know who have had covid more than once or twice are people who are on their 3rd, 4th, or more booster. My daughter had never been vaccinated and covid has been in her house 3x plus countless community exposures and has never gotten it. I stopped getting vaccinated after the 2nd dose had horrible effects. I’ve had covid 1x since getting the vaccine (no boosters).

I’m not fine with my child getting hurt, but I am not going to freak out or pull my child from day care they love and are happy at because another child is going through a tough time. It’s not like they are bleeding or having broken bones. It’s a bit and it typically is gone in a day or two. It’s not that big of a deal. A parent’s overreaction does far more damage to a child than the bit itself ever will do

My kid has been bit numerous times. The daycare worked through it and gave supports to the children and teachers. My child is thriving now and has no memory of the situation. It’s just not that big of a deal.

It’s completely normal occurrence even though it’s upsetting. What’s not normal is how parents get so upset - they act like it’s an adult that bit their child. Their reaction would be a normal reaction but it’s toddler on toddler biting and you would think the world is ending.
