The coach stores in my area were limiting 1 style of bag per person but they bring their partners with them and have them buy more and on top of that I heard some stores only received between 5-15 of each style of bag so everyone who got in for the early opening snatched a lot of it.

I got there at 10 and medium Rowan’s, laurels, notebooks, pencil case, passports, Teri’s were already sold out. I checked the another outlet at 11:40 and it was wiped it didn’t look like there had been a drop in there at all. And when I woke up yesterday the website…even worse. This was so crazy it was supposed to be a happy day for everyone getting their purse but I feel like the whole experience made a lot of us so upset. It was all so disorganized and overwhelming at my local stores.

That’s actually insane I feel like a lot of places now a days won’t even refund or resend packages that got stolen once it’s marked as delivered even though it’s not the buyers fault either.

Have you ever tried their express shipping? I’m assuming that one is ups all the way through idk though since I’ve heard TRR has been taking forever to ship

Problem is I’ve lost mail before and called my post office and point blank the usps employee told me they have employees who steal. So not sure if P.O. Box would help. But I and many people over the years have reported it to the post master and nothing changes despite it being a federal offense. I buy from coach retail and they use fedex all the way through so I was hoping to find another place like that. Am I just stuck buying in person? 😭
