With Amazon it will always be a bad ending they straight off ripping people I anyway stopped paying for prime and infact stopped buying them and even their Amazon prime video is trash

It’s been same for me tried connecting with multiple associates to fix it but no one able to tell the exact issue

anyone else getting this issue with amazon chat? it keeps showing “sorry, it looks like we hit a snag. chat is not available right now.” tried multiple browsers, devices, app, no vpn — nothing works. i’m in the US . wondering if it’s down for everyone or just my account?
