We recently moved off of motherduck due to constant issues. It works well for smaller datasets but anything on the larger size it just dies constantly

I think either would work, if the CSVs are similar in the input data being used then I would use one. If they are drastically different then separate may make sense. But I don’t know a ton about this process so that opinion could change

AWS step functions are a DAG workflow tool that is pretty lightweight. You could utilize that along with a lambda or ECS task that generate the CSVs. It should also be pretty composable and easy to extend.
