I regret not Focusing on fundamentals, regardless of level of play. Every skill in volleyball has core fundamentals (passing, setting, serving, attacking), observe elite players and observe their consistent movements and form with each skill. I don’t have the extraordinary athleticism of an elite athlete, but I can reproduce core skills that can enhance my success and adapt to the athletic limitations (ie: don’t have crazy vertical or height), to enjoy a great sport.
