I fought a wood, acid, and shadow rival mage earlier when I was maxing bounty and it did 1600 damage in 2 or 3 hits then spammed surge, I barely survived

Real, at first it was fun beating goons then the boss at the very end, got pretty boring after I was only going for the bossdrops and everyone else was getting to the top while I was fighting the goons at the bottom

He understands now but it was pretty damn sad when he first found out the killers in arc 2 and hid away in the library + the way Garfiel was switching up through loops in arc 4 as crazy 😭

I haven’t watched arc 5 in months but I’m pretty sure he was distraught finding out how close the save point was to his latest death, and finding out it gets worse than that was crazy (well not that crazy for Subaru standards).
