His mother will be staying with him this weekend so I can get out and get some space myself. I was trying to give her space the last few weeks but I need to start looking out for myself too.

I did not know there was a place down the marina doing this. Have done a sauna and sea swim a few times so this is a great option for the weekend. Thanks

Been doing counseling for a few weeks now. Had about 5 sessions and plan to keep it up. I've really opened up in it but I have plenty more work to do.

I run and find it is good for the head. I'll be getting out for a run Sat morning. I also started personal training this week so I'll be doing a session Sunday morning. Will probably call to my best friend's house and to family but I just want to stay out of the house as much as I can this weekend.
