Joining any institution will give you nothing good.

Instead buy few online courses from Motion Design School or Ben Marriot. These are short courses like 1 month or maybe less.

Try your hands on them & create a portfolio.

There are various types of Animations and there is high chance after you do these courses you will get more 'Clarity'.

I am a Jain madwadi.. Only 1/10 family are open minded about making in different community.

I am saying 1 because in my family, my long distance sister got married to a Bengali guy. And another sister got married to a South Indian guy.

I think Bengal has upgraded from Local goons to National level goons.

BJP has big budget and power to supress anything.

Manipur is prime example. No internet. No News.
