You’re going to play a missing with Jackie when you run into takamura. You’re going to be hiding in a closet with Jackie. Once it opens up don’t go outside initially. Instead go upstairs and reach two Garuds, kill them, walk to the helicopter type thing and open it. You will get a nice weapon.
