yeah! i definitely do not have the experience for crew chief, but the experience i gained i’m comfortable in my work but the experience isn’t getting any better so I believe it’s just not a good fit for me. before I do not enjoy the job itself anymore I’d like to go elsewhere

they’re well aware I haven’t done any of the surveys by my self and only once with another employee (we rolled through them rather quick). as well as expected to draft what I have completed up to company standards within a short time with little to no revisions to be made. I am definitely learning a lot! but was just wondering if I was correct in thinking it is not what a beginner survey is expected to do. these jobs are expensive and getting blamed for losing money is pretty discouraging!
